NExT Program Manager – New Experience Team: I help lead Accenture’s Northern California onboarding experience, which welcomes every new hire and transfer into the region—from recent graduates to senior executives. Our team runs orientation sessions, assigns new employees to onboarding groups, and connects them with leadership mentors to ensure a strong and supportive start.
Leader, NorCal Service Project – Spearheaded and organized our regional community service effort for our NorCal Townhall event that we had at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
