As a Management Consulting Analyst, I’ve helped some of the world’s largest organizations navigate transformation—whether that means building scalable AI solutions, responding to multimillion-dollar RFPs, or rethinking public sector service delivery. My client work spans technology, healthcare, entertainment, and government. Each project is like a new journey. I never know what I am going to find, but I love to learn.

Beyond my project work, I’ve consistently taken on +1 roles that reflect my commitment to leadership, mentorship, and building culture within the firm. These include:

• NExT Program Manager – New Experience Team: I help lead Accenture’s Northern California onboarding experience, which welcomes every new hire and transfer into the region—from recent graduates to senior executives. Our team runs orientation sessions, assigns new employees to onboarding groups, and connects them with leadership mentors to ensure a strong and supportive start. 

• Leader, NorCal Service Project – Spearheaded and organized our regional community service effort for our NorCal Townhall event that we had at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

• Northern California Analyst Team – Supported analyst engagement and program development

• Recruiting & Campus Engagement – Represented Accenture in recruitment efforts, helping identify and mentor incoming talent.

These experiences have shaped not only how I solve problems—but also how I lead, communicate, and invest in the success of others.
