About Kaden
I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, public policy, and organizational operations, with a focus on building systems that are responsible, effective, and grounded in real-world impact.
I began my career at Accenture, where I supported Fortune 500 companies and public-sector clients on data, AI, and governance-related initiatives. My work spanned AI strategy, operational design, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, providing a strong foundation in how complex organizations evaluate, deploy, and oversee emerging technologies at scale.
Since then, my work has increasingly centered on AI policy and governance within government and nonprofit contexts. In fall 2025, I was accepted into the Center for AI and Digital Policy, where I contributed to policy research and governance efforts aligned with international principles for responsible AI. I have helped design and implement governance frameworks, supported responsible AI initiatives, appeared on local media speaking about AI safety and governance, and worked to align innovation with transparency, accountability, and public trust. Alongside this work, I remain deeply involved in operational leadership, helping organizations build structures that function under real political, financial, and human constraints.
I also run a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to opportunity and investing in future leaders. This work reflects a core value that guides my career: technology and policy should ultimately serve people. Across consulting, government, and nonprofit work, my goal is to create durable systems that produce positive, measurable change in the world. I would love to connect and work together!
